Jesse is a veteran public affairs and political strategist with over a decade of experience winning high-stakes campaigns and navigating complex public policy battles. At Monadnock Strategies, he helps clients develop and execute strategic communications plans, working directly with elected officials and candidates for office, Fortune 100 companies, advocacy groups, and trade associations to shape narratives, advance policy objectives, and elevate brand visibility. His corporate work spans multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, financial services, and technology.
Jesse’s political career spans presidential campaigns and Super PACs, five U.S. Senate races, and senior roles at all three major national Republican campaign committees — the Republican Governors Association (RGA), the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), and the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC). The American Association of Political Consultants named him to its “40 Under 40” list for his accomplishments in the political arena.
Before founding Monadnock Strategies, Jesse made history as the first person to lead the communications departments for both the RGA and NRSC. As Communications Director, he oversaw department staff and multimillion-dollar budgets, executed complex national communications plans, served as chief spokesperson, and advised governors, senators, and candidates on strategic positioning, message development, and media relations.
While at the RGA he transformed its eleven person communications department, building a new in-house creative content operation and media monitoring unit that improved the organization’s overall brand recognition and drastically enhanced the visibility of 28 Republican governors’ accomplishments through paid, earned, and owned media. Working closely with campaign teams, he devised state-specific message strategies that led to Republican victories in Democrat-held Virginia and Nevada and the successful re-election of every incumbent Republican governor. Jesse previously guided U.S. Senate campaigns through a historically challenging political environment in 2020 with specifically tailored local messages that allowed Senate Republicans to win targeted races in Iowa, Maine, Montana, and North Carolina.
A Massachusetts native, Jesse graduated from Stonehill College and resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, daughter, and their three dogs.
